The company, a startup from Taranto, is named Pujje, expression of the ancient local dialect.
And it has been presented in Milan at Mo’, the trendy Apulian bistrot opened nearly one year ago in via Pontaccio, Brera district, by volcanic Pierangelo Argenteri, a nascent entrepreneur of the heel of Italy who is experiencing a strong growth in hospitality and catering industry.
