A special dinner for a few selected guests, among press and influencers to taste a typically Apulian menu dedicated to the clean Rhea and the mild Amphitrite, the two blends signed by Pujje.
Pujje «sartorial» extra virgin olive oil arrives. The firm, a startup located in Taranto, has presented it in Milan at Mò, the trendy Apulian bistrot opened nearly one year ago in Via Pontaccio, Brera district, by Pierangelo Argentieri, nascent entrepreneur in hospitality and catering industry.
Creating an excellent product, which plunges its roots into tradition and wins with absolute quality and its unique and original personality. Pujje is born from this idea of three Apulian young people in love with their land; it’s a new brand in the oil industry destined to catch attention thanks to its extraordinary appeal.
Pujje arrives on the market next February 2017 with two lines of extra virgin olive oil, one mild with round taste and a slightly perceptible hot finish, the other one clean with robust taste and a strongly perceptible hot finish, both result of best-quality raw materials.
Pujje is born in Taranto, the City of the Two Seas and ancient Magna Graecia Colony. Its products are deeply bounded to the territory where they are born and are identified with some divinities of the Greek mythology, legendarily icons of its marks: earth, sea and sun.
Searching into Greek mythology, rich in fascinating and epic stories, we naturally have recognized in Rea and Anfitrite the soul of our two multi varietals.
Pujje can’t miss this appointment “Pizza and Masseria“, today 20th June, which sees Chef Salvatore Carlucci once more among main characters.
The suggestive Masseria Savoia, in Ginosa Marina, will be frame of the event, where it will be possibile to taste several gourmet pizzas seasoned with extra virgin olive oil signed by Pujje paired to Cantine San Marzano wines selection and a cheesmaker corner, where to taste real time produced mozzarella, all sitted at swimming pool side at candle light.
Pujje Evoo participates to the national bread event, through the creativity and the skill of one of its main characters, Chef Salvatore Carlucci.
Apulia land, and more precisely S. Marco in Lamis, in Gargano area, will host from 17 to 19 June a very important, and absolutely original event titled “Future Grains” – Evolution of the Bread between sustainability, waste combat and biodiversity.
It’s the national bread event that involves territory, culture, sport, music, street food and more else.
Next 6th June in Taranto at Saint Eligio Pier will take place the first Taranta Festival a charitable event organised by Taranto Unitalsi with the support of Piero Melpignano to aid sick people affected by several diseases.
