Pujje was born in the heart of Taranto Murgia, out of vigorous plants returning their stony and chalky land wild and pure olives giving a high quality 100% Italian extra virgin oil. It is an oil coming from the company’s olive trees exclusively, whose varieties are Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Nociara, Nocellara, Biancolilla and Ogliarola Salentina from ancient olive trees.

The varieties of Pujje extra virgin olive oil derive from the combination or the exclusive use of the most refined Apulian fruits.

A combination of skill, intuition and creative energy bringing forth three Extra Virgin Olive Oil varieties conceived as high fashion creations and hand-made products. A skillful mix of cultivation techniques handed on from father to son, advanced production methods and bottles with different essential and sophisticated designs: white for Anfitrite, the mildest variety, black for Rea, a variety with a stronger taste and gold for Helios, a lively monocultivar.

And again Iperione, a light fruity tin, made for professional use in the kitchen.

Pujje is not only a simple seasoning, but a real indispensable ingredient thanks to its natural capacity to exalt all dishes’ tastes and flavours. Thanks to its unique sensory properties, it is also able to meet the requirements of a healthy diet.
