The cost of each shipment must be added to the price of the individual product and/or service, which may vary based on the delivery method and the total purchase amount. The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Sales Contract.
The prices shown on the website are subject to possible variations and/or modifications by Società Agricola Pujje srl without any obligation to notify the customer. Such variations may depend on price changes decided by the company. For Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of these changes but still in progress, the prices in effect at the time of Order receipt will apply.
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law, as is each Sales Contract, and are subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to the General Conditions or Sales Contracts will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Taranto, without prejudice to the applicability of mandatory legal provisions protecting Consumers.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CASES
In case the delivered merchandise shows defects:
it can be returned to Società Agricola Pujje Srl within 5 days of delivery.
shipping and packaging costs for returning the shipment are covered by Società Agricola Pujje srl.
defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded (if out of stock) by Società Agricola Pujje srl.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If you receive packages from Società Agricola Pujje srl that are visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained from leakage of broken bottles or other containers), you can proceed as follows:
If there are multiple packages, refuse the damaged package by signing the courier’s waybill “With Reservation.” We will then handle the return of the damaged package and resend it to you.
If it’s a single-package shipment, refuse the delivery and, as before, we will handle the return and replacement of the shipment.
Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and delivery of the new one are completely covered by us.
In case the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you don’t find any suitable replacement product, Società Agricola Pujje srl will refund the amount paid.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases on www.pujje.it are subject to D.Lgs. 206/2005 and D.Lgs. 21/2014, which guarantee the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The following are the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchased item must be substantially intact
the right of withdrawal is reserved only for individuals. This excludes purchases made by retailers or entities who purchase for resale to third parties.
upon receipt, the merchandise will be examined to assess any damage or tampering, therefore maximum attention is recommended when preparing the package using original packaging or similar packaging.
to exercise this right, the customer must send us a communication indicating the intention to withdraw from the purchase made, within 2 days from the receipt date of the ordered merchandise and must send us the merchandise within a maximum of 3 additional days.

Withdrawal procedure
Send an email to info@pujje.it containing the declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all required information:
order number and date
list of products subject to withdrawal (identifying each item with the item code)
your bank details (IBAN code)
Then wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.
Upon receiving this communication, you can proceed to ship back the merchandise subject to withdrawal
